One problem I have with talents is that whoever designed them seems to not play the game. Some of them were/are straight up horrible, such as the Undying zombie +dmg talent (nobody drops Tombstone for damage) and most +ms talents (lvl 10 +ms talents should be giving 20 or 25 ms, level 15 and higher should be giving at least 30. Sven could probably use +50-60 rather just a pathetic +20 because he gets permastunned anyway). Also the redundant Bristleback lvl 15 talent: nobody in a decent game is going to land 8 stacks of snot on an enemy hero without it dying, teleporting, Force Staffing away, using BKB or dispelling itself in some other way. Shit skill+shit talent is only going to give you even more shit Someone also suggested above that talents should scale with levels. This is a good idea: any game that slightly drags out a bit has heroes level 21-24 that are leveling up only to get increased respawn timer/death gold penalties in exchange for the equivalent of a Circlet in stats.
