Switch Mute and Break

    To me it makes more sense for a debuff that prevents an item from working to be considered "broken" and a debuff that prevents passive spells from working (much like a Silence) is "mute". Sorry if this is a really thing to bring up, but I always felt that the current definitions feel a bit backwards.

    Holy carp, this makes so much sense xD. I've never thought about it that way.
    It's kinda like how "dexterity" would have been a more accurate word to use instead of "agility," before they added the movespeed perk to Agi heroes.

    Actually "mute" should be the status of an item being disabled (when transferring it to ally for instance).
