Need someone proficient at game development

I'm a designer who will be writing their Master's thesis on virtual reality. I am looking for a developer who can help me deploy a very simple game in Unreal (C++) or Unity (C#) with a start/restart/end sequence and a timer. I will be using it for testing. I can design the environment myself but there are some interactions in the environment that will require programming knowledge that I don't have.
