If Manta illusions are created during MoM effect, do they get the IAS now?

They shouldn't because such buffs aren't passed on to illusions (unlike Chemical Rage, but that's a transformation or something).
That works because the Illusions have an active Armlet in their inventory.

If it does it's a bug. There is no reason for it to work, you can't pass on bloodlust to your illusions, or Mjollnir's shield, or any other buff in the game. You can't pass butterfly's movementspeed effect or Phase to your illusions.
I can't test right now, but I'm sure it doesn't work.

nice picture. madness is not dispelled, does that mean it is a buff and can be dispelled with enemies? wiki claims it is a "debuff" but that means it should be dispelled with manta!!

The wiki says it's a buff. Green = buff.

    it is green and buff,

but here is what wiki said
[IMG] Silence and armor reduction persists if debuff was placed before spell immunity and when not dispelled.

EDIT; nvm it says its buff in another page LOL

Mask of Madness is a buff. You deliberately apply it to yourself, and thus you probably don't want to remove it from yourself. That's the usual logic behind categorization. Ultimately, the difference between a buff and a debuff is just which abilities remove it, and the intention is to have it be as intuitive as possible.
