Given that Hex cannot be dispelled anymore, this would make the item a lot more viable again. I'm game, so long as the values are low.

Mhm, 25 sounds good. Quick to calculate also, which is important.

agreed with daddy. 25% is not too much and easy to calculate making inconsistency not as problematic.

one small question. does any echoed-disable get duration cut? like 4 sec hex on an echoed hero. would the echoed hex still disable for 4 sec or just 3 sec?

like normal status resistance. I think it does get cut normally.

but what if someone got lotus after status resistance? it will be like gaining aeon disk after being hexed, not sure what would happen then, havent tested

Should be, otherwise it's gonna be too good of a counter item. Even 0,2 sec is enough for a lot of heroes to cast their own disable after the reflect and blink out or at least gain a good distance away by just running. My 2c, could be wrong.

yeah. if the reflected disable have a longer duration, echo going to be too annoying and (maybe) problematic. Although it is maybe not really bad and push the usefulness of the item. Need some implementation to check the feasibility of this proposal though.
