I bought a roccat mouse last year but im getting a new computer this year,

question: does the mouse require a serial key to use because i misplaced the box for the mouse and dont remember if it requires one or not

mainly should i buy a new roccat or use the old one...wish i could remember what i did with the mouse box

I have a Roccat and I don't remember putting any serial key to begin with. I think you'll be fine anyway.

That's another reason for me to dislike Razer there :D So if you lose the serial you can't use the mouse in another pc?

Well you can use it but it acts funky and messes up other parts of the pc like for me it made my keyboard wonky so I switched companie so I had to reformat multiple times

When death adder first came out it was wonderful later models required a serial number which became problematic at least for me as too the only serial numbers I seem to never lose are Starcraft and Microsoft office
