Enemy Fountain//

    Going inside the enemy fountain area freezes passive HP and MP regeneration. Certain heals still apply(mek, purifying flames, arcane boots etc...).

    This is to further discourage fountain diving, which is especially easy for certain overfarmed heroes, who can simply tank the damage.

    More on that, I'll even suggest to remove fountain's attack and instead make it so that it drains the HP of enemies at a fast rate. I think it's simply a WC3 legacy that the fountain attacks anyways.
