    I liked this patch. I even played Lycan again. In ranked. And won (with some difficulty).

    Nicest things for me: Lycan wolves buff, QoP ulti buff, Weaver Swarm buff, WR ulti buff, MKB again gives damage. Can't complain.

    Reddit crying about offlane being actual suicide lane. Does the 1st wave pull actually kill solo offlane? Does current offlane actuallt harder than the times where there is no neutral/bounty rune?

    not really. doing that wave pull poses too much risk compared to trying to disturb lane equilibrium (at least IMO). and you can still do that later (if I didn't misunderstand the changelog).

    I will never agree with you on that Treant stance, I'm playing him with great success in my games.
    His support potential is huge and his impact can be sky high.

    with the nerfed regen on wand and force staff, maybe healing supports will be more meta again.

    i tried it a lot because he was my favourite hero in the old days but i just cannot see how treant does better then supports like rubick, willow, disruptor, io, witch doc and so on. he also has piss poor pick rates in competitve dota at the moment.

    but nevermind. i accept your opinion and this is about new patch not treant. i am just disappointed with every new patch and him not being changed. :(

    He receive plenty of buffs in the recent versions and changes (the big-ass change to his Guise).

    If you are talking about 'feeling' and how like-able he is - personal preference etc. - can't say anything about that.

    If you are talking about viability and impact - he is quite good. You should just play him around his strong points.

    You won't see him in competitive games, there are plenty of reasons for that - right now very little heroes receive a lot of love, a lot of them are being picked, so few heroes are played multiple times, and supports unless completely overpowering won't be of those.
    Second - competitive players have a pool of heroes they feel comfortable with and once again unless a hero is completely OP, they won't try to play him.
    Third - he is quite good at crowd-control and helping teammates survive despite being away on the map (mainly split-pushers), but he is lacking in other things, such as offensive (burst) potential and any ability to clear creep waves (before Scepter that is).

    If you wish some tips and tricks about him I can send you a personal msg on his strong sides and how to exploit them.

    Now when playing Brood, you can let enemy kill spiders left and right, and no one will give a shit about that....
    WTF? I thought playing a hero with summons/illusions must bear a risk of "feeding" an enemy, if you let him kill those units. I agree, Brood was a bit too weak, but this way of buffing is stupid!

    And HotD creep gives 200 gold? It's almost as much as bounty for hero himself! It's just ridiculous!
    Why HotD user can feed enemy 200 gold with just 1 creep, and Brood can lose 15 spiders, and still give less than 100 gold?

    And why they keep nerfing Rubick over and over again? 26 seconds CD for Telekinesis on 1 lvl wasnt enough? Now they reduced stun duration to 1.1 sec... Isnt that a bit too weak for skill, that doesnt even deal damage?

    I guess this is because it's too damn easy to kill spiderlings and spiderites with a Battlefury as opposed to killing Sylla's bear or even Lycan's wolves or treants. That would in turn make Brood's pushing not only too easily neutralized with Bfury, but also turn her into a gold mine in the process. Which would defeat the hero's purpose.

    Remember the dominated creep gains uber HP and movespeed, a big centaur or red hellbear is arguably tankier and more powerful than most heroes at level 4 or so with only a small <500 gold stats item and boots, and probably walks faster as well, so it's *almost* as powerful as a hero unit itself... It's only logical that it deserves to have a big bounty value.

    boring changes, moar buffs to rightclick carries (especially anti-fun ones like slark/spec), moar inconsequent buffs to 1-2 supports, and moar nerfs to the only items in existence that allow some form of interesting/fun kiting for ranged-heroes-that-unlike-melees-cant-permabash-you-to-death


    everytime i read new patch notes here it makes me just that wee bit happier that i quit playing this game
