    Story of the Hero:

    Tallef is a Agility Dire Hero

    Tallef is a good Carry, that can deal so Much damage, he is so powerful that he can be untrusted from his Allies.

    The rogue spirit show the enemy a vision of his own death than render him vunerable and make him run in terror.

    Fear Duration: 0.75/1/1.25/1.5
    Damage per Second: 25/50/75/100
    DPS Duration: 2.5
    Critical Damage: 175%
    Critical Chance: 22%
    Damage Type: Magical
    PIERCES SPELL IMMUNITY: NO

    Note:
    • Enemy has 22% chance to deal 175% Critical Damage in the next Attack after casting the Spell
    • Do not pierces spell immunity
    • Blocked by Linken's Sphere

    Rogue Spirit moves through the enemies in his spectral forme leaving them chilled and slowed.

    Note:
    • AoE while Dashing to Slow means if an Enemy is on 300 AoE of Rogue Spirit (while dashing) will be Slowed
    • Charge has 15 second cooldown
    • Maxium Charges is 3
    • Spectral Dash is like Spectre First Ability when used near to an Edge he can pass throught, for example from the river to the Ancient Dire top Camp

    Rogue Spirit gains a bonus damage attack after each succesful hit and applies miss chance stackable for its duration

    Rogue Spirit start an incantation (ritual) that breaks the control of allies and enemies upon themselfs and make them mindless bodies that attack anyone on sight

    Notes:
    • Explanation: No one can control his hero anymore and will attack anyone automaticly (even allies) (has 75% chance to Attack an Enemy instead of an Ally)
    • If someone enter the Ritual he cannot escape it from it. because he can't control his Hero anymore
    • Rogue Spirit after casting the spell can move and won't stop the Incantation (not a channeling ability after v2.2 of the hero)
    • Rogue Spirit is the only hero that can attack from outside
    • Other Heroes that aren't on the Ritual (outside of the ritual) can't attack heroes are inside

    • You have 25% Chance to deal 200% Damage in the next attack after casting the spell (critical chance & critical damage apply on the enemy you targetted)
    Reworked Spectral Dash:
    • Now has 3 Charges (after using a charge , it has 15second cooldown to gain the charge, but you can still use the other charges are remaining, like Sniper Shrapnel or Mirana Leap)
    • Dash Range Reduced from 600/650/700/750 to 500
    • Enemy Slow (movement speed) Duration Increased from 1.75/2.5/3.25/4 to 5
    Note:
    • Spectral Dash is like Spectre first Ability (example you are in river and you can go to the Ancient Dire Top Camp by using the Dash)

    Let me ask for some dots in your is, DF03.

    BAT 1.38?
    Why not a flat 1.3 or 1.4, as usual?

    Vision of Death states that it does not pierce spell immunity but it has in it an icon saying that it does.

    Spectral Dash states that it does pierce spell immunity but it has in it an icon saying that it doesn't.

    In fact, the description and the spell immunity icon were exchanged in all your abilities.

    [​IMG] This one, is for DOES NOT PIERCE SPELL IMMUNITY.

    Run in terror.
    Run where? A random direction? Back to the fountain?

    Spectral Dash is looking terribly weak.
    Cooldown is huge.
    Cast range is petite. (specially on its early levels)
    The slow is (very) very small, specially if you consider its early durations.
    Does it slow attackspeed as well?
    Attackspeed slow is not stated in %. It's a flat number.
    It is instant?
    Meaning you'll dash foward. You have to state that in its description: "Rogue Spirit moves FOWARD through the enemies in his spectral forme leaving them chilled and slowed."

    Vital Striking lasts too long.
    Either it has to add less dmg per stack, or have a max of stacks, or last a lot less.
    10 hits and I'll be hitting for +110 dmg. I'll have you sent back to base before I can use that, sure, but w/ that duration I'll have you for lunch the moment you come back.
    God... w/ that duration I can even wait for you to respawn. And TP back. And I'll have you for dinner.

    That icon is very confusing, tbh.
    Seeing the bkb active and colored gives me impression that Spell Immunity blocks it. And seeing it disabled gives me the impression that Spell Immunity does not block it.
    But Dota 2 Wiki uses it au contraire.
