The only RPG I can really recommend atm is Dragon's Dogma as I've not had the time to actually get into an RPG properly due to school, and it has been recommended to me by several friends.

Maybe try here https://playdota.com/threads/recommendations-thread.2678/ (it's kind of ded atm but people check VG more frequently than here I'd wager and some of them probably have a better idea at what you're looking for)

I have played both the Civ games, it's awesome. Factorio doesn't really have much appeal for me. So yeah.
Baldurs's gate, Neverwinter nights 1&2 I have finished (not really, but ya know.) I'll take a look at Nox.
Right now my interest is piqued by Wasteland 2.

I know who I'm voting for in this year's short film contest.

    Hey yo!

Does anyone have links to videos, sites, whatever to give digital drawings a better "feel".
I don't really know how to explain. My digital drawings lack something to me.

Proof of it could be my current avatar.

Looks great. Try changing the outlines to match its neighbouring colours. Try to add some shading to the seat and hair too.

Changing the outlines? As in width or are you talking about color?

Shading, yes. I am lazy with that. :p
Will do as soon as I can get to it.

Colour. Dark purple for the hair, a dark blue for the pants etc...

This part of the forum is quite dead, isn't it?

Btw, still didn't get into the avatar problem.
Currently drawing my last hero's "model" and I've got a homework in Illustrator to start...

It was cool a few months ago. But people left and the artworks posted here begin to shrink in numbers. That's how it is in creatives forums, especially when the main point of the forum is not about art.
I try to cater to people who post here as much as I can and post some artwork every now and then to keep the subforum alive.

wow this place has definitely drastically changed since the last time I got here.

can't believe I was a moderator here at some point.

Lycan and Carlvic are the only names that I recognize. I remember that last time I got here, I was a rookie on photoshop and struggled with high school exams. Now I professionally work as a head of graphics & media with a medical federation called IFMSA and study medicine in my country.

How are you guys doing? I hope all is well, I miss you all. O_xD and Avuna are definitely among the names missing :(

    E: lol@my hideous signature.

I remember you! And congrats on the job! It's mysterious how life works eh? I also remember my rookie days, I wasn't even interested in gfx, I just wanted a juicy SOTW medal on my profile pic. Now I'm working full time as a graphics designer for a local design firm. Pay is not that good, but eh I'm doing what I love.
